Base notes for clan wars

Hi there... a feature I would absolutely love to see in clan wars is the same base notes feature we have in Boom Beach Taskforce ops.
The ability for elders and above to write base specific notes against each enemy base would be a truly great enhancement and aid communication options within the clan. In a large clan the clan chat gets filled up so quickly and comments are lost after 100 comments or so, so some great ideas that get mentioned in the clan chat get lost and go unnoticed during prep and battle days.
I am aware of apps like clashcaller that provide this function but it would be so much better if this was an integrated feature of the game itself. I'm sure players would really appreciate this.

I don't actually see anything wrong with this, because Boom Beach has this too, and they don't have global chat due to the possibility of bad language. Yet they still added it even though it was totally exploitable.

Boom Beach operations have <10 bases. A clan war with 50 players would mean 50 different notes. For both teams. In BB each operation base looks/has the same concept as previous versions of the same base. The previous damage done is also saved as progress in boom. In a clan war it is up to the opponent to decide the base you will attack, and the next attacker will have to start from scratch when attacking.

In my opinion, just watching the previous attack is enough, and discussing it in chat with someone is no biggie. I wouldn't mind if this got added, but I see no need for it in the game as of now.
