Things that make us go "aaarrrrggghh!"

I have moments in the game when I just want to scream. I've been collecting planks for days and my juggling limits on my barn while waiting for the final 2 planks. Finally, today I found a cache of planks in the DD and just then was informed that I had no space left. These are the things that make me go "aaarrrrgggh!" Another thing is when I ask for help for a boat crate and meanwhile I keep searching for the needed item just in case no one can fill it. I keep checking back every ten min or so for an hour and still the crate isn't filled. I then finally find and purchase the item only to discover that my crate was filled in my absence and because there is no notification of the action I didn't realize that the DD items weren't needed until too late. We really need a flag of some sort to let us know when the crate has been filled (I mean a flag that's visible when the dock isn't in view mode.)
so, what gets your goat in the game? :p Besides accidentally spending diamonds to speed up wheat, that is.

When I find a nice shop n someone is putting barn items all the time but it turns out I have no space, can't follow and the newspaper already changed. Err ;P

When you are getting close to that upgrade and you just need a few of a particular item.

Then you see that add for 10 of those you open the ad and see the item sitting there in the shop thinking you just hit the jackpot you tap it as quickly as you possibly can and then that terrible message appears....

"Sorry someone has bought this already"

i second this! this has been happening so frequently for me nowadays :(

Moving something from one far side of the farm to the other and getting it there, dropping it and getting that message , no space available. I'm on an iPhone with a teeny tiny screen so it happened a lot till I started periodically dropping the item along the way so I didn't have to go to the trouble of digging it out from under what building, etc it was. :)

I've got a shed and a dog I didn't mean to buy when scrolling through the shop. (I still love the dog though)

I bought a tree the other day and it disappeared and actually binned itself before I could 'plant' it

And my biggest aaaaargh!!! is when you scroll across the shop trays and buy ten of something expensive by accident!

When finally getting that much needed LEM/BEM from harvesting only to get a "can't connect to server" message, then having to wait for it to reconnect, reharvest and get something entirely different...like a saw instead :(

Aargh!!!!

One time when I was trying to transfer materials from my helper farm to my main farm and before my main farm got to my helper's farm, someone already took my materials...and was so close to upgrading. AAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!

i second the aaaarrrrrghhhh with full barn and getting butter fingers to buy something by accident lol...

But I also say aaaaaarrrrrghhhh when I save up my tiny diamonds for that extra slot to make lure.... And I tap on the feeds machine a bit toooo excitedly to get my 4 min chicken feed instead....:(

I started saying green wedding cake to describe the stacked topiary's. it just seemed to fit and now it's just the description I use. I'm in the USA. I think we have (me lol) veered off the original post.

-Barn Full when buying much needed items... :mad:
-Using diamonds by accident, like speeding up pigs as soon as you feed them and not having extra food
-Buying 10 B&E for full price (or any other expensive item) when you dont need them..
-Seeing something interesting on the front page of newspaper and then realizing there was EMs on the next page for default or something cheap

Seeing something good in the newspaper only to have your finger slip and you go into the wrong farm and when you try to get to the right farm, the item is still there, but you tap it and get the "Someone else has bought this item" message... A few colorful words follow... :mad:

Ooh! I HATE when this happens. The scroll feature gets "sticky" on my ipad and when I try to scroll through someone's shop I inadvertently buy all kinds of stuff by accident. Also, it's really annoying when my cats buy things while playing on the ipad. Think I'm kidding? I have games uploaded on my ipad made for cats featuring lasers and swimming fish and now they think they have full reign to all games. My kitten just bought full price bacon and eggs AND strawberries.

Newbie here

Things that have made me go aaarrrggghh! so far are:

spending the day growin wheat trying to get a box of nails and only getting duct tape and planks
never having enough coins or diamonds
Buildings taking forever to finish building
finding everything but a box of nails

I second a lot of the things written already. One aaaarrrrggghhhh moment for me is when I hurry to find a farm for a trade, scrolling trough my friends list,but instead of scrolling the list decides to keep calm and let me visit lots of other farms on my way...

One day I harvested a ton of crops and got a land deed. A few seconds later, my server dropped the connection. When it reconnected, my crops were harvested, but for some reason my silo had the same numbers it had BEFORE I had harvested. I lost all those crops and had to go buy a bunch from the DD to replace them. Ridiculous.

This happens just now and i see this thread... So I'm trying to transfer some money to a friend by selling my goods at 1$ so he could sell me back later. i just go with my random stuff like 10x cakes and pie. Little did i know, i put 10 sheperd pies up, at 1$, just to find out that my friend hasn't reach enough level to buy it..... AAARRRRRGHHHHHHHHH. Also he's almost 38 while sheperd pies are available at 39.

Most of the above, especially the scrolling through shops and accidentally buying something. This seems to have got worse since fishing upgrade. And the one where you find some EMs you have been waiting for, only to find your barn is full.

I go "aaaaaaaaarrrrgggggghhhhhhhh" every day when there's no new update for Hay Day.

When your iPad warns you your battery is low at 10% then 5%' you ignore it to continue harvesting, filling orders, selling, setting up production....then just as you start to harvest or even to buy something reaaaallly good..the ipad goes BLIP and goes dark. Damnit!

My recharging cord is too short to sit comfortably to use the iPad.lol

hehe that's why I've got a battery pack :) But I also have the game on my iphone, so I can jump from iphone to ipad just in case the battery dies.

My 2 year old loves to call the puppies to their house, but her little fingers are EXCELLENT for using diamonds. "pretty" as she touches the diamond... grrr.

Hey Rmy. I'm putting a most excellent very loooong extension cord in the last stall for you now. LOL. I play on an iPhone and I think my husband is sick of having to move the extension cord all the time.

My argggg for the day is deciding it would be a good idea to rearrange my farm. What the heck was I thinking. Coming up on day 4 now. I have a very busy 2 year old so as soon as I try to move a tree or bush, swoosh it goes flying back where it was be cause he helped. Lol. He's a great wheel spinner tho. :)
