Fair raid
First off hello, I just joined the forums and I've been playing CoC for more than 5 months...
I just wanted something to be added in a future update..
I'm at town hall lvl7... But every time... i mean every time.. i get raided by more powerful troops.. I don't wanna hear any tips about defenses, or buying shields because I'm low on resources thanks to these raiders (I'm not requesting raid removal, the game would be boring that way), I'd like to be able to raid ONLY users with the same town hall level... i mean, I'm th7 and get raided by th8 and even 9... I just can't get resources and this idea would be great not just for me.. and another addon.. After you deployed a troop.. you can't surrender unless you have deployed at least 15 troops.. you know? When they just deploy one troop and surrender to lower their trophies.. but let's be fair about that too, they waste more troops in order to do that... So yeah..
Fair raiding
- At th7 a defense can be solid enough, but seriously.. at th8 and 9 they have more powerful troops.. i mean yes i can get dark troops and dragons, but how? I can't because they are looting more than 100k... now I'm low at 700k, earlier i had 1m and my builders were busy... people can only raid other people with the same th level as theirs.
- Surrender only available at 15 deployed troops or whatever..
I would really really like this to be updated and Welcome me to the forums, I'll be active when i have time :)

Loot penalty is already in place. That TH9 is only able to take half the loot that a TH7 would take from you.
Also, think it all the way through. If your idea was implemented, well ... eventually you will upgrade to TH8. And you will be the weakest TH8 out there with no upgrades. And ... you will not be able to get any loot because you are only getting matched with other TH8s.
Why do you care whether the person drops one troop or fifteen troops before surrendering? It doesn't effect your experience at all ... except with 15 troops they will probably clean out a collector before quitting.

Idea!
Using my ultra-smartness (not really), I would suggest moving down a league or two. It's that simple. Train a bunch off barbarians and just waste them to lose trophies. Plus, you get easier people to attack, too. Low on loot? No problem! Become a loot farmer while losing trophies! So, easier attacks, more loot, and you get a shield when people town hall snipe you.

If you've ever smashed a th6 before then you have no reason to complain, clash has a food chain that goes from th10 down, those who are at the top have earned their right to be the strongest either by struggling through all of the lower th's or by using their wallets and funding the game for all of us. A couple updates ago a feature was added so that you are more likely to be matched against someone your level, so that should help you. Trust me, I understand your frustration, I've been there myself, you just gotta learn to adapt and role with the punches. Goodluck :)

Yes yes I know how it goes... It's just the same, I will eventually upgrade my th as you said, but that would take forever to get elixir... and mostly my league level will come back up.. I appreciate all of this really... but I'd be very happy if this idea gets accepted... seriously, as i said, i appreciate all of these tips and stuff... but this idea about same th levels.. I'd really like that to be added... this deploy/surrender idea okay.. doesn't have to be added...

Whilst I do not know what would happen in actuality I would suspect that making it so that you could only attack the same, or higher, TH as yourself would kill the game off completely.
As it stands players make the most loot by attacking 1 TH level below their own for most of the lifetime of a particular TH level. Pretty much right up to the point where all your laboratory upgrades are completed and you have the fire-power to take on THs your own level with a good chance of successfully making enough loot to pay for the army composition.
If you took this feature away then a lot of players would either rely solely on the resources created by their own collectors or on TH snipes with a decent league loot bonus. If this was the case then I would guess that a lot of players just wouldn't bother playing as their would be no element of 'fun' in the game for them.
