Try Gold III-I
You should have success anywhere from S2-G1.
I'm enjoying my time in Crystal 3 atm. Having been a Gold 1 farmer for months, a TH8 in my clan told me he was loving C3, and he wasn't wrong. Lots of dead bases, and a good helping of DE too.
it dpends...huge amount of gold and elix is residing in silver 1...it takes a bit of nexting...next one is gold wherein you have a steady supply of good loot...not as great or huge like silver but fair ones like 200k g&e...last one is crystal where you'll also get more DE...
Once you go TH10 you can barch in masters and enjoy the loot + league bonus from there..

I did a little trip up to masters and on my way down I found some good loot in Crystal, but the next day I couldn't find any there. I'm currently in G3 and I found some pretty decent loot (2 300k G&E and 2k D and one 400k G&E) I'm thinking I'll stay there for a while and if the flow stops I'll go to Crystal
If your a advanced town hall 9 try and head to crystal league
Gold 1. The loot is great here. There are lots of collector bases.
I love gold 1 so much that I filled my gold and elixir storages today in that league :D
