It's actually quite interesting, but it could use some tweaking, some changing.

Props to you for making a quite detailed thread.

But does the "no limit for certain buildings" mean you can fill the whole base with that building? Imagine a whole base filled with gold mines and the necessary buildings. :D Unless, I've misunderstood it.

But once again, good job detailing the idea.

It does, but it'd be massacred, because in the Clan Center, there is no such thing as a shield.
