We had just started a war just now (war day) and I had found this after 3 star their no.10 while scouting his base. I found 0 win loot there! Is this a bug??? (I can't post a pic due to exceeding the quota limit, but you can visit the base by coming to our clan and be a war spec. Tag:#80RP8ULL)
Is it a th3 or something really low? If so then yeah it happens.

It's not a near maxed base. It's either a defenseless townhall or a townhall level 3.

Are any of the other bases offering win loot? You are a spectator.. so you may not see ANY war win loot offered to you
If you have higher th it is possible. We had an opponent th 5 and he had 0 loot...
