If ClashCon was in the US would you pay $109.22

I would go if it was in England and I didn't have to take the aeroplane. It would only cost £70 so why not? :smirk:

I don't go to conventions, and I wouldn't want to pay even $50.

I think the success to Comic-Con is that it is an entire culture and not just comic books or one specific genre of sci-fi. The challenge with a Clash of Clan event is that you are narrowing down your potential customer base to one specific group. Plus a survey showed that "con" events were 55% male 45% female attendees. Based upon what I have seen here... a Clash event would be 95% male or higher. lol.
