Everything was working fine this morning but now every time I press search for opponent I get a village to attack but after that the "next" doesn't work, it just shows an hourglass and clouds. I have to press "home" and then "search for opponent"...
I've restarted my phone and everything is updated.
Any suggestions?

Might depends completely on your trophy count. As you get so high or so low on trophies, you end up spending more time in the clouds.

This happens when you have a bad internet connection.
My internet connection is perfect, I tried wifi and 4G. Doesn't work. I'm 1000 in trophy at the moment. It's not that problem either. Like I mentioned I can press "attack" I get an opponent instantly then if I press "next" it keep searching for ever. But if I restart the game then I can press "attack" and get an opponent instantly and then if I press "next" the same thing happens again...
A problem with the game, many people playing ?
Not sure if this is a bug or not. Only started happening after last nights update. I was farming fine prior to that.
happends to me once in a while i close the app and reopen usually solves the problem champ1
Happens to me very occasionally. Have to close/ restart app when it does. Seems like a bug of some kind- experienced it in the lower leagues (silver 3-1) .
happens to me too sometimes, at that time it feels like i will throw the ipad.
