I like it, there was indeed an overkill of stickies around the place. Their importance diminishes where there are too many.

If there was just one however, that is more likely to be read.

Well I started this thread when the stickies were removed and didn't expect it to me stickied so no irony on my behalf

Good call. Those stickies were seldom read and just took up prime real estate. Hopefully that space will be put to good use going forward.
