Boat Crate Glitch is BACK - Help Tab Glitch is back

I'm having boat glitches and help tab glitches too. As described above :(

I was just filling a friends boat awhile ago and suddenly the boat left before I could fill all the crates. I was really surprised how it could happen because she also had other crates not filled. I went to my farm and back and the boat was there and the crates were unfilled again. Not sure if I lost the product though. I don't think I did. First time I saw this and thought it was kind of funny.. But obviously not funny if this is something that happens regularly.

Luckily I haven't been experiencing any of these issues. My issue over the past several days is having difficulty getting from farm to farm. It will occasionally take a few minutes "loading". :straightface:

For GC friends not in the help tab, if they are in the friends tab, you likely have gobs of GC friends. I had over 400 at one time. I deleted people who don't play and got down under 100. Made a HUGE difference and no long wait for the tab to load.

If they are NOT in the friends tab, exit game. Go to game center and make sure you are signed in there. If not, sign in and then go to hayday. They should load then.

Friends in the help tab, you go to their farm and they don't need help. This actually happens when there is an unlocked toolbox on the farm or floating chest in town. 90% of the time, it is one of those two things. At least the recent update made them easier to find. Look carefully and if the farm toolbox is locked, go to town. I know. Sounds crazy but it is TRUE. When a nh buddy told me, I thought he was nuts until I found that most of the time, its true. Now, once in a while, after opening the box, it is still there in the help tab. Reload that farm again and it will stop. The help tab is refreshed every 2-5 minutes but this ensures it gets turned off.

I had a boat flagged. Went out of the game after sending ty notes to two players who filled crates for me. Had one crate flagged. Came back in game, no crates flagged or filled. A differnet Neighbor filled two again, I could not send her a ty note because I had already sent one for the filling of the same crate earlier???? I wrote sc. I got the usual its your device, its your wifi connection, etc. the one thing I really love to hear (read sarcasm)➡️➡️ Is perhaps I didnt flag the crates and perhaps they were not filled. Leaving that one right there. I try really really hard to NOT get annoyed. Its a game. But if I and others keep repeatedly reporting on an obvious problem and I am told that it has never been heard of before, count me as annoyed. I have refered "support" to this forum to have a little look around. Maybe they will be informed now.

Ok my foot stamping rant is over. Going to my happy place now.

I just came on to report this issue! :mad:it is very frustrating! Both my son & I have Flagged crates, only to come back & find them not flagged any longer. In our case, one out of three crates got filled. Then the other two flags disappeared. I don't know if that sheds any light on what is going on or not.

I have, also, been to other neighbors farms & filled crates that I saw open & flagged again a few minutes later. There's definitely a bad glitch somewhere. Please fix it.
