Clan castle rebuild

Not looking for troops or help from others really. I'm just interested in building the base and getting all the upgrades done, people attacking doesn't bother me too much but I feel I offer more to them if I have castle built, more menus to flip through and what not too. I generally would just put my phone on airplane mode and play games but I can't with this one really. To me the game is fun without other players, a bit of a setback when attacked and get loots taken but after so much has been taken I buy back what I've lost to keep my production up.

So I can't really beat campaign without additional help, in the long end? I'm def. not ready to build it right now as it seems like it will become a very time invested game. They should offer a full offline campaign style game. I love the theme but I don't like multiplayer games. I want to be able to play it full in airplane mode.

I do not attack others that is correct. I never have. Only have done campaign things. Opened the chat window a couple times on accident as well. I will have to look into hay day as well, thanks for that! I pay for things when I've been stripped too much just cause I enjoy building the base. Completing campaign and then finishing whatever buildings I can until there's nothing left to build without help I guess is the goal for me.

even if you don't build the CC people will continue to attack, the single player maps are juat a small sampling of the complexity and strategy of the game. But i get you want to just build a base up and enjoy the theme. unfortunatly once you beat that last level your just going to get attacked i dont see those being expanded at the moment...maybe soon who knows.

i would also recommend boom beach also very in depth and doesnt require you to join a group
(which has a similar war aspect but for limited one attack crazy powerful bases) but you could play boom beach and not attack people becasue the small AI bases respawn often and offer decent loot early on, later +15command centers are a bit harder but still do able. plus there's no open chat room so you feel like your playing by yourself.

Even if all you want to do is keep to yourself, I don't see a downside to building the castle. You could even start your own clan but close it so it's just you. That shield tells people you're in a clan and may have defensive troops inside. Make the castle unlurable and it may discourage people from attacking you.

Talking with strangers is part of the game. It allows you to build friendships, feel happier, learn new strategies more easily, and not be a dull antisocial player (no offense, but that's the way I think of it).

The opposite is actually true. People will see your CC in ruins and say to themselves, "awesome, if his clan castle isn't rebuilt, there is no possible way we has defense troops in there, Im definitely attacking this guy." Available loot in the CC from war loot is usually negligible compared to the avail loot from a rich base.

There are hundreds of "request and leave" clans out there that will give you troops and not expect you to stick around if you don't want to join a clan.

There are people who play the game clanless. I joined a small clan, but it was pretty much inactive, so I was essentially clanless. I played that way all the way to th7, then I joined an active clan to be able to do wars. I enjoyed playing by myself.

Wrong. Seeing it in ruins would make me quicker to attack you. Nothing to lure is always a plus

I have a friend who maxed his account to th9 without attacking at multiplayer.. ( i did see he attacked twice on his profile) He did it in two years... The thing is he had help from his clan from th7-th8.. Without clan wars you wont ever proceed from th7.. Maybe i'll post some pics if I remember sometime later

If you never attack anyone I honestly don't see how there can be and end as that would takes years to max your base

I did it at th 7. The dragons and barb king make it easier.

not sure CoC is what you are looking for as a game from what your posts say. Not trying to be rude at all but the idea of what you are saying is more on par with hay day, or other games that you have to look after your area and not worry about others. If all you want to do is defeat the single player part then you won't have any need to get near the end of the game. As they tend to update from time to time this is not an endgame type of progress game. It will always have more to do.

in the end you can just ignor the clan castle. Although as mentioned it will be detrimental to gameplay even if you choose to stay clan less. However, if you do decide to fix up the clan castle you may have a lot of people request you to join their clan. In which event you may want to start your own clan and remain in it alone. This sparing yourself the trouble of having offers constantly requesting to join.
