My clan has a problem that no war participants is willing to donate to war defensive castles. We usually do 10 vs 10. Usually a co leader and i are the ones who fill all castles but now that we are upgrading our heroes, we opt out of wars and spectators cannot donate. My clan leader is inactive.
What would you do if this problem were to happen to your clan? Thanks.
To be honest, if the clan leader is inactive and nobody is even willing to fill CCs, I'd find a new clan. That doesn't sound worth it to me. Tough situation to be in.

sounds like you and your co-leader ought to move on to another clan unfortunately. unless it's just that they are use to a couple people always filling it and did not realize they will now need to do it themselves... but in that case it should only take one clan mail to remedy.
Hey! A group of clashers started a new clan called "Fenix Gods". We are looking to build this clan up to an elite farming/war clan. Feel free to opt in our out of wars. Must maintain a decent donation ratio and be mature. We will accept all other clans to merge with us if they fit our TH6+ and 100 minimum war star requirement. I've literally checked like one hour before a war and saw no troops had been donated. Quickly got on it. I would follow the advice of going to a new clan, unless you can get the message across to the other members that they need to pull their weight.

It's a two way street, if they don't donate then don't give them troops when they ask. Set a minimum seasonal donation quota, tell everyone to donate and if they still don't listen then it's time to leave, those guys are just leeches.
War only when you know your members are up to the responsibility it takes to win. Do not just war because you have x # of people.
We have everyone donate 1 number down, unless they can't make the troops. Usually they can make them. If they don't then we exclude them wars and maybe kick them...
It's time for you and your coleader to find a new clan together. Find an active clan, you both are wasting your time there.Quote:
