Yep, you have to attack every base you see there. Stealing pennies and hoping for big score.

Well you'll need to spend a considerable amount of time to get your trophies back to where you are normally farming at (1200, 1400, whatever).

There's also the small chance that someone could be farming down there with more powerful troops than purely goblins and fully assault your base and take all you have. To protect yourself, use up all (or as much as possible) your resources before farming sub200.

Trophy Range - 1250's-1370's
Army: Atleast 10 wallbreakers. atleast 40 archers, and atleast 8 giants, rest goblins
