The healer idea will not work well if your competition is allowed to use his heroes. An archer queen with a mass of healers will be able to wreak slow havoc on another townhall 9. If no healers are allowed 1/3 healers 1/3 lavahounds 10 wallbreakers 1 barb rest goblins. You have the worst of air attacker and no ground tank.

If he has outside defs, you might destroy a few defs with that. The goblins shouldn't destroy more than one mine unless they are too far from the defs.
If you design the base for this, just put storage and army camp outside (in range of xbows set to ground and archer towers) and keep low HP building in the center far from the ADs. Those troops can break only one wall layer. No range attack.
Spells : 3 heals and rest poison.
Oh man... I would have said all wallbreakers...
1/3 golems 1/3 healers 1/3 hounds.. is there any debate? spells have to be haste and jump.
EDIT: actually not jumps, they'll be bashing walls forever. Especially without wallbreakers. Go either freeze or heal spells, and make sure there are lots of wizards in your CC to tear them apart.

With this army his ground troops will do very little damage due to no tanks, his air troops will have too much tanking and no damage. I'm assuming that since you are a th 10 with 240 space, that includes decent heroes (so healers actually help a lot) and you probably are attacking another th 9-10.
The land part of the army will find it hard to actually destroy anything because your only tanks are 2 giants, bk, 28 barbs and 1 lonely witch which will not provide much cover. 80 gobs because they will likely have big trouble getting anything that isn't outside the walls without tanks (1 shotted by mortars and wiz towers). 2 hogs will not be enough to destroy just about any tower too.
The air part features 2 dragons and 2 lava hounds, 2 dragons will not have enough dps to destroy much even with the cover of 2 lava hounds on a th 10. Balloons are too good at picking off isolated towers and minions can make too much damage with the cover of lava hounds.
Spells, 3 lightning, 5 poison
Hopefully, the target will not have too many outside resource buildings as this is about the only thing the army can get.

With this composition there is no ground tanks or high damage dealers. If you are using heroes, I'd swap the healers for giants as they won't be receiving any healing, meaning that splash towers can mow down a swarm of them.
