What is the best strategy for farming Dark Elixir for TH7?
Look for dead bases in gold league
Go in Gold League and use cheap and effective armies, such as barch. If you have enough dark, including some minions might be a good idea.
Also, I suggest you prepare some elixir because while you prioritize dark elixir, you might not be able to steal any elixir, therefore you need to have some prepared. Same for trophies, don't bother if you don't win the fight, go with your entire army for the DE.
Honestly you should be looking for abandoned bases and sniping the collectors. Other than that you need to look for bases where the dark elixir storage is not centered but somewhere on the outside reachable to you. Combining those two things will get your your barbarian king.
You could go to gold 1 or crystal league and snipe full DE drills. Or you can use GiBarch with a lot of wallbreakers to to get to dark elixir storages in silver or lower gold league.
