TH2 in titans league has matchmaking problems and needs SCs help

I watch PelicanTacos on youtube, he reached titans league as a TH2 and all he did was attacking other TH2s and TH3s over and over again. but he thought he would start seeing TH10s as he gets to over 4100 trophies. but that was not the case. he is still just seeing only TH3s so he cant go any further, which would stop the youtube series from being continued.
he said that we should share this problem here, so SC can eventually fix it. so SC, if you read this, please fix it, so he as a TH2 can see TH10s.

I haven't heard of him, but he won't be in a clan because the clan castle can only be built at th 3

I just checked his Yt channel, pretty impressive that he made it that far.

If he wants to see higher level Town Halls, he can upgrade his TH. Pretty simple.

I doubt SC will change how the matchmaking works so some person can continue their youtube series.

And BTW, it doesn't need changed.

They could change it for all TH2s and TH3s up there.

You said he can only find th3's up there, so he can 1* them. Still possible.

Wow lower th are up that high??
