Isnt a 2 day ban w/o warning a little harsh for a first offense?

Some players have been clashing for over 2 years, 2 days is really nothing in the grand scheme of things.

Players should know the rules, if they choose to break them they need to incur the consequences.

You can make funny bases without them been offensive. One of my war bases is a picture of Mickey Mouse. :o

I'm pretty sure supercell will take the base down themselves. At least I think.

IMO, 2 day ban is definitely a bit harsh. A warning ticket should be given first. But, two days isn't too bad.
