Signature) Got to Settings in top right, then find Edit Signature.
Troops bug) I have read they are only "holiday" meaning they aren't doing anything through July. A lot of people have complained, and mods have reported it to Supercell, so it's bound to have been seen by them. The bug was most likely created when Supercell altered the troop selection visuals and sounds. It has to be in the same coding script, so something changed on accident with the sensitivity :)
