Rage the hound? Why? She is already fast and her dps is so low, multiplying still doesn't do much. You rage on the loons, and possibly the pups if you need them to kill aq or cc... Unless i am doing it wrong, I try to never use a spell on a hound.
Edited to correct troop gender... Lavahounds are girls. And girl!dogs are******
If the war base has drags and loons, I replace the poison with haste for loon attacks. 4 rages + 1 haste for raid.
Search about this on youtube.
There are many vids available out there made by experienced clashers that will help you master the use of haste spell.
Haste works well with balloonion and lavaloonion attacks. Not very well with others tho.
I use it for laloon when I know I don't need poison, so not that much.
In our last war, I declined to pack a poison for a 6 gol raid because the enemy clan put a dragon in every single one of its war ccs. I used a haste instead.. works great on peks, gols and wiz to clear out the storages before the hop to the center on one of those square bases.
I think it's very effective. Can't wait to try max haste with lvl 5 dragons.
I added a single haste spell for a pentalavaloon attack because most war bases now have dragon or even hound in the cc. It worked very nicely to have four rage spells and then a haste spell to finish up with.
Turned out that the base I attacked first did have a lvl 5 dragon, so poison spell would have been wasted, but other opposing TH9 bases had witches and wizards. Big mistake imo.
