I saw it put to good use in a recent onehive vid in a golaloon
Really good for loons. You can take twice as many haste as you can rage and basically cover the entire base.
I have not unlocked it yet, but from doing the math, it seems it is best for attacks that rely on loons. Any loon attack that relies on rage, can instead use Haste for more spells over all, and faster destruction rate (you do not need a damage boost, if it always takes two hits, the one that hits faster is most important, that is often the case with balloons). While I do expect it to work with things like Laloon, I expect Rage to be better for them, because you are really Raging the Lavahound, not the loons. So play with it if you have it. I have found Earthquake to be wonderful for Gowipe and Gowiwi so far. I have no doubt Haste is good as an alternative for most air attacks according to the base. I do not see it being a great help for mass dragon though.
This spell is built for balloons. It basically gives you more rage spells as the balloons dont need the bonus damage.
Mine gets done today, excited to try it in war on max TH9s. Last few wars have been cleaning TH8s since I have not heros nor DE SF, time to go back to real atacking. I suck at air, hopefully this helps.
Clan mate tried to use them with wizards. Waste of a spell with them. Rage is better for that.
The Haste spell is a great addition. I personally started using it with Loonion on my Trophy Push and It has been great. The loons are much quicker and with their damage, it's great. You can bring up to 11 and 90DE a piece. In my experience, Haste is a good spell in specific areas and strategies.
I would imagine the haste spell is good for moving slow troops: giants, balloons (duh) and maybe golems.
