Hovering between 3150-3350 for about the last month and generally will see less than 5 a week.
Very few around 3700 as well, maybe one every 300-500 nexts or something. Like was said above, I've heard it's much better in champ1 and titan. I know I get sniped by them every time I log off. :p
4000-4100 has a ton.
I've heard that 4100-4300 trophies has a ♥♥♥♥ ton of snipes available. Some people just push up there and stay there to farm using the 230k/230k/1600 loot bonus.
