Um, I think he is kidding you, as far as I know there have been no indications of an up coming update.

Level 6 and 7 pekkas will be added next update.

Get ready for the new dark troops- Zombie Villager

They are also adding a couple of A.I change.

-Archer queen will shoot anything from a great distance away.
-Troops will retreat into the forest if they are getting shot.
-All troops now has builder huts as their preferred target, no matter if they are being attacked by any defending troops or heroes.
