Scrap stars, each base is worth two points. You get half a point for the TH, and half a point for the TH. The rest is just a straight % destroyed. So a 99% 2 star is worth 1.49, a 90% 1 star is worth .9, a 50% two star is worth 1.00.. And I think any percent destruction below 40-50% shouldn't be counted to make things more interesting. We could define a "victory" as a score greater than 1 (or .7 or something, idk, that's up for debate), and most importantly, we could award the full half point if you destroy a TH on level, .4 points if the attacker is a TH above, .3 points if two TH's above, and so on and so forth (no penalty below TH7 or something though because you wouldn't want a clan to gain an advantage by bringing TH3s)
