Hi All,
The great posts here have reinvigorated my HD fishing, specifically getting my first GT. I have watched the vids, read the advice and today wasted about 2 hours and 20 diamonds (re opening waterfall).
But I can't catch one, no tiny circle/sweet spot fights hard enough, 2 hours spent.
Am I missing something? Any help appreciated 😊
EDIT: Finally caught one this morning, took 10 mins 😃

I still have no luck catching the golden trout either...stupid rudd!!! uuuuggghhhhhhh!!!!!! I have only three gold cards left. Finally used one of my gold bait to attempt the speckled dace and got it! So only the golden trout is now missing. smh...I am not sure I will be going for that one again unless I miraculously become a member of the 100 Golden card club! :cool: I do want to save up to get the horses.
It was strange how I caught this one... Same as usual, hooking a few, letting them go and see what jumps, then I got distracted, but left my iPad on as it was... Went back about 20mins later to the same fishing area, and hooked the GT second attempt... Might try it again tomorrow... lol.

My very first GOLD Golden trout :cool::o:cool::cool: 2.767 lbs.
AND on top of that, it was also the very last fish I needed to complete my fishbook. Yaaay.
That's a great catch for your first one... Straight into second place... Congrats on finishing your scrapbook, that's one huge achievement out of the way..Quote:

Still trying here. Keep getting Rudd. Will keep trying. For those who has caught it. Was this your last fish left when you caught it? I still have other two left and was wondering if it is programmed to be caught last (the GT).
