How do people in champs make ANYTHING???

I found that what was killing my elixir gain was the troop cost plus 5 spells on every raid. I started using GoWiWi based armies to cut down on the elixir usage a bit and found I was slowly building pink again. As I was constantly full on DE it was a good way to burn some as well.

I also got pretty selective on the base I hit as was mentioned above. I started looking for bases where I would take at least 2 fullish elixir storages on the way to the TH that also offered good (not great) cups.

If I was pushing now in Champs or Titan I personally would replace jump spells with EQ to cut down elixir usage even more. Make a big hole right into the core and profit!

You don't have to get both in the same raid. Look for one or the other, and maintain both.

That's true. Sorry, I didn't think about you being much higher in Champs than I was!

But I'm guessing the same may hold true: be very selective about which bases you hit, assuming you can 2-star any of them with your max troops/heroes. You will eventually find a base with decent loot. Plus, the win bonus is 200k+ elixir. That should pay for nearly your entire army. The 200k+ gold can pay for your nexting. And the 1200+ DE doesn't really matter since you have no use for it :-P

I'm using GoBarch in champ II 3600-3700 trophies with AQ40, 5 lightning to take 50% and poison.

No elixir shortage. Gold and DE growing as well. Loot bonus 190k/190k/1300

Have to pick correct base to attack.

Snipe 12 hours a day for league bonus.

Currently at 3956 and never had problems with any resource. I think the key is in sniping. I snipe 5 - 10 townhalls per 3 hours I can play and make use 4 full armies to hit for 20+ trophies. Been going great. First goal is almost done at 4k. Then will push further as much I enjoy it. Once I get bored I will drop down.
