Ever get tired of coming up short on a three star attack because of a builder hut or other out of place structure? Well how about Battle Seconds being awarded through clan perks or some other means. I think this would be an excellent add on.

Ever get tired of coming up short on a three star attack because of a builder hut or other out of place structure? Well how about Battle Seconds being awarded through clan perks or some other means. I think this would be an excellent add on.
While it may seem great, is it really fair to give one clan an advantage in the war over the other clan which is just as good but doesn't war as much.
Learn to attack better don't make supercell change the game for you.
I could care less if the other clan has this advantage over me as long as Im able to acquire the same perk. My base is rarely one starred anyway. The idea is to allow everyone the chance to change their odds of a bad outcome. And trust me, I attack just fine.
I will have to agree with this.
While the current perks give some bonuses to clans, none of them give advantage in war but only out of it. I think it would be very unfair to differentiate stronger clans from the weaker ones like this. If it's to come with new perks, I'd rather have them not give advantage to one but not to the other. I can already see the complaints "Bad matchmaking! the opposing clan have perk 7 and we don't!".
3 minutes is enough to 3 star a base with a good strategy. You know well in advance about the Hut in the corner. You have plenty of time to plan for it.
