Hello

this is a problem everyone deals with, cyber bullies.
they enter a clan take troops swear at people then leave. If they get
co leader they ruin the clan and kick everyone out. That's one of the things
that ruined my cousins clan. He had 48/50 people in the clan until the cyber bullies
started to ruin everything, my idea is you can report someone either
his in a clan or out of it, there should be a
report button then it asks what he did then wee choose a category of what he did
wrong, you get warnings to your actions, your first warning you'll get a message, second mistake will be you banned
from game for a day, if you get another warning you get banned for a week, one more Time will be banned forever. This idea might change the way people behave in the game. Please use my idea.

My Idea

SuperCell has no incentive or reason to micromanage clans. Institute your own clan rules to manage behavior in your clan. In your case, these three simple rules would have addressed the issue:

1. Kick people as soon as they swear if you find it offensive. Don't let them back in.

2. Don't give troops to anyone unless they have already donated.

3. Don't give out co-leader (or elder) lightly. If you do, you reap what you sow.

The security of your clan is entirely up in your Leader's hands:
- If the Leader leaves the clan on "Anyone can join", then expect such people.
- If your Leader accepts every offer to join the clan but doesn't interview the new players, something like this happens.
- If your Leaders gives Co to anybody, even if they don't have any real history in the clan to prove their loyalty.. will you say it? Then something like this happens.

I suggest you get your leader, or if you are the Leader, put the clan on Invite only, accept those who look like are looking for a clan to stay, interview them, and if they stay through all this, then they are yours. Also, don't give Co unless you know that player for some weeks, perhaps months, to be sure he doesn't want to ruin your clan as soon as he gets it.

You can report in clan activity to Supercell.

Take a screenshot and submit it to the in game support chat system. COG Wheel > Help and Support > Contact Us.

I have seen people banned for language used in Clan Chat. Being in Clan Chat is less restrictive then Global Chat but no one is exempt from being Toxic to fellow players even in Clan Chat. If you feel an offense has been made, report with screenshots.

Hire a watchman for your clan and CCTV camera it will provide more security.

And just a good rule to follow is not to give out co or elder as if it were Halloween candy. If they won't join without it they ain't worth it and certainly will never be loyal. You can't buy or bribe loyalty. Someone else can always offer more.

Just kick them out, put something in the message why you kicked like this: HAHAHA I KICKED YOU FEEL ASHAMED.

Yes.

Re 1. Clans need to be able to ban players.

2. Give tier one troops, but no higher.

3. Making elder and co cheap is the biggest problem in transitioning from a beginner clan to a maturing clan.
