Army Camp For War Troops

Hi SuperCell Team,
The idea which striked me is, during war we send troop request for our high level members or the leader who have good troops, only if he is online at that time he will donate if not the time expires and again troop request has to be sent. How about create an Army Camp only for War CC Troops setting constraint only during war time it will be active and the leader can set to the team members who can take it from the leader base by sending a troop receive notification to the leader. This can reduce time and dont need to wait for the leader or the high level team member to be available all the time. It's the donors wish to add troops into the WAR Army CAMP. Hoping this idea might be a 3 rated one if not a 5 star rated. :)
