Every farmer who would get be obvious choices as get are well known wouldn't be able to count, as they have 5 builders. I'd say its probably not a great base compared to most others.

If you gem elixir, learn to play. I seriously mean learn to play, considering my elixir storages are pretty much always ready for any upgrade that costs elixir.

When you say bought you must be more specific as it could mean you have purchased something with gems inside the game or a IAP which is completely different.

There are a few people in my clan who haven't bought any gems, including builders. Legendary lurke, d2 and green off the top of my head.

You need to spend gems in the tutorial if that counts to the total.
