I don't see why something capable of destroying max level 11 walls with only four spell slots, or 2 of the old spell slots, is seen as underwhelming. This spell has so much potential on the right bases.

Yes, absolutely still worth it to upgrade eq. A lot of people seem to be minimizing the importance of the damage eq does to surrounding buildings. 4 max eq will take off 40% of hitpoints (due to diminishing damage per eq). Starting a raid with 40% fewer hitpoints on key buildings is a massive advantage. My gowiwi just melts through those buildings.
Perhaps the only special people here is you, you seem to be that kind of people who is unable to give an opinion without trying to offend or humiliate other people.
Back to the topic, the levels of the walls and spells could be considered.
