4 EQs to break a wall is perfect imo. I use them almost every raid. Opens up a huge permanent hole in the base and softens up surrounding buildings.
For those of us that took the time to get 250 level 11 walls, we are not too happy that 4 crappy level 1 EQ spells dismantle them so easily AND do damage to buildings on top of that. ♥♥♥ is the point in farming level 11 walls if they are taken out the same as level 1 walls with 4 crappy level 1 spells.
4 out of 11 is totally reasonable considering it effects a much larger area and is permanent
Well i don't because i am an air attacker, what i do know though is a high proportion of the ground attackers in my clan absolutely love the new EQ spell and are taking it now in preference to jump spells!
In the high titans leagues that most of us operate in most of the bases have wall layouts designed to minimise the effectiveness of using jump spells with generally 1 jump spell only managing to get you over 1 wall! The new EQ spell is making a mockery of these bases at the moment as it has a larger area of effect and will penetrate through 2 layers of walls as well as doing damage to surrounding structures. Also what i have noticed from replays i have seen in our clan chat is that attackers who still use jump spells have a much harder time convincing the AQ to use them and go towards the TH but with the EQ spell the AQ seems much more likely to utilise the big gaps this makes in the walls.
It honestly makes me laugh when i read comments like this as i have seen this kind of reaction so many times to new content that supercell introduce to the game and for the first month all we see are threads about how useless they are and then a month or 2 later the exact same people are creating threads saying they are OP and need to be nerfed :rolleyes:
Correct me if I'm wrong, but jumps work on purple walls too...right? So your jump gets you an 88% 2 star on a base with maxed walls. Congrats.
I use jumps all the time, yes they are great. But don't forget that's one less heal or rage you get to take. The better your walls, the better off your base is. Period.
Ditto...LOVE earthquake. Have the cups and war stars to prove it. It is honestly very hard to lose if you use it effectively.
