I like the lock village option and have no opinion on the select all option. I think the lock village option would be easy to implement. Just put a button similar to the snow on/off button which can lock and unlock village changes. Would help with the random wall moves and stuff. You have my support.

The idea is good. Many a times I result in moving undesired buildings and face difficulties in organizing my base. So I support this idea
