Base Editor Mode: Base Shifting (moving)

Say you just spent an hour (however long it takes to make) making this base that you really really like and you are going to set active. But then you notice that one side of the base is to close to the edge of the map, and you can't put building in front of the walls in that area. So then you have to go through the struggles of making the whole base over but shifting it down so ur building outside the walls will fit there. BUTTT!! If base shifter was added in the base editing mode you could select the whole base at one time and shift/move/rotate it however you need to save you time and keep you less stressed!! Let mee know what you guys think about this!!!

This idea has been suggested many times before, please use the search function from the forums. Here is a topic suggesting the same idea: 'Select All' option while editing base. As for the idea itself, I totally support it.
