Level 2: 12 Gems A Day, Upgrading Cost: 3,250,000
Level 3: 15 Gems A Day, Upgrading Cost: 5,000,000

The game already gives gem boxes at a convenient period of time, giving any more free gems would drastically reduce SuperCell's income. I'm afraid this is not going to happen.

SC gets its major profit from COC when people buy gems, if a person gets 10 gems a day then 300 gems a month and 3600 gems a year with a level 1 tree now imagine it with 2 and 3 the game would lose its fun
This is something that would be like another game I used to play. In that game it was coins instead of gems. It was where you had to pay money to get a building that gave you coins but over a very long period of time. This caused a lot of argument in the game so I believe that it would hurt Super Cell to have this done. There are already mushrooms, trees, gem boxes, etc. that give you gems and also gems are for sale at a reasonable price. I think this will never be an addition to the game.
