Player may not left clan in preparation and war

as you said, now I post here.. so what is your feed back regarding whoever player in the war map may not left the clan.

It is every player's right to leave whenever they want to, forcing them to stay won't do any good. Just don't accept every new member and don't put every new member in the war from the beginning and you should be fine.
