Titan League - Clan Castle disappearing problem....

Hi guys,

We have a serious problem that drops our trophies very fast and really really boring.

I am in Champion league I with 4049 tropihes and my friend is in Titan 2 league with 4641 trophies.

After about 6 hours, he would defence. Because of that he wanted to get 1 lava hound and 1 baloon for the defence. One of our clan member sent to him 1 lava and 1 baloon. He saw in his secreen that "xxx send 1 lava" and "xxx send 1 balloon". After that, he checked his clan castle and saw 1 lava and 1 balloon. Everything is OK.

He switched of the game and waiting for defence. At the same time I am in the game. Yes, the notification came and he opened the game and he watched live replay. What happened next?

There was no lava hound in the clan castle. Only one balloon appeared while the enemy attacked. At the same time I checked his clan castle from my screen? Ups!! I saw one lava hound in his clan castle. But while the enemy was attacking, lava hound was not there and was not defencing.

This problem occurs very often to my friend. He said that happens one in every two attacks.

We want SC to solve this damn-evil-disappointment problem!!!

Is there any body who know or who encounter this problem? Or is there any solution for this that we missed?

It's usually a problem caused by poor internet from either the donator or the requester. I doubt it's the requester though if he's up in titan league (he would lose all the time from disconnects).

One update for this problem.

While replaying again for the defence, we realized that one balloon and two wizards and 2 archers came from the clan castle up.

Are you sure he double checked?
If so then I don't really know what else you could do, usually cc problems are related to one side having bad connection but if he saw it in there then I dunno.

Personally haven't had this problem. But maybe someone else has.

I think you probably are wrong and didn't look right and maybe don't know what you're talking about

Let me guess. He used the clan castle edit to remove the troops?? This can happen sometimes where the old troops remain, especially if they clear, receive, then go on defence right away. The safest way I find is to dump the CC troops in single player missions.

If so; why did he see in his clan castle one lava and one balloon? Why did I see one lava and one balloon in his clan castle? He quited the game and re-open again to be granted in his clan castle.

If there is some problem about the connections, why was he affected for this connection problem?

No solution for this?

Then there are several things that could have happened. Either two people, one with bad connection probably, donated simultaneously.

But in the case that this is highly unlikely in your clan then it could be that a previous donator with bad connection had donated those wiz/arch, but they didn't get through. After your friend emptied his previous cc those wiz/arch finally made it into the cc, and since there wasn't space for the hound it was left out.

I think something along the lines of the latter is what happened. Check the last raid he did before he defended and see if his cc was full or if it was missing 2 wizards and 2 archers.

we are playing this game for about 2 years. And we really know how to remove-request-checked cc troops. :)

it has nothing to do with titan league, similar issue happened to me once too.
