So since I have max walls, and defense I don't have a need for gold. Yet check out my last 3 defenses, people just snipe my th despite all that gold available. A good chunk of it is easily accessible in my mines, yet they don't even try. Just makes me laugh. Hope you guys find me so I can contribute to the clash economy. ;)

Leave it outside maybe? And keel 1 elixir for troops.
If you want to help the clash economy put the gold outside since you no longer have any use for it.
is your base 100% maxed including all troops and spells. And heroes maxed?
Let's not get too carried away, eh? You contribute to the economy by having your TH out ... kind of, as if you storages are full, your pumps aren't producing. But let's not hail you as Mother Theresa cause you keep your full storages still protected in your base.Quote:

You're not really helping the economy, all your storages are highly protected by Max lvl defenses and lvl 11 walls. And you have nowhere to put your gold mines so you have to put them on the outside like the rest of us. If you really want to help the economy then put your storages besides your TH or at least put them in behind the first walls where archers can pick them up.
Why not put all of your gold collectors next to one another and close to the TH rather than having them interspersed all around the perimeter? It looks like you're in M1 which means a lot of people are building big armies... which still makes it pretty costly for them to pick off all of the collectors since they're so spread out.
Also consider putting your gold storages on the TH-side of the base (or outside walls)?

You're title is "Im trying to help the clash economy.", yet you say "I mean they should have to work a little". That's not trying on your part at all. You haven't done anything to actually help, you just have overflowing gold in a regular base.
I see your point. Seems like part of the problem of people with 400k/400k being shielded...

Actually now that I look more closely at your pictures, I can see you've done nothing to "contribute to the clash economy." Your base design is exactly the same as if you didn't have full gold and you're TH is out which means people have little chance to get you're loot before your shielded. You've even got some of your defenses outside your walls protecting your collectors -- not to mention most of your collectors are within range of your defenses.
If you continue raiding with full gold storages, you're likely taking away from the clash economy. You have every right to design your base however you want... but don't pretend like you're doing anybody a favor.
