Supercell - Roll back to attach matching logic, lighting spell, and potion time

OP you appear to be saying it was better/easier/more fair in the old days....

Back when I was a fresh TH8 I got steamrolled constantly by maxed TH8's and by th9's with level 6 giants. That slowed down when I was near maxed.
WhenI was a fresh TH9 I got seriously steamrolled by TH 10's and that slowed down when I was near maxed.
As a new TH10 I got steamrolled by other TH10's that were much further advanced than I was. Now I am near maxed at TH10 and I rarely lose resources.

See the pattern? We all lived thru it and survived without begging for SC to change the game to protect us. It's the fundamental nature of the game and won't stop no matter what changes they make to the mechanics.

TLDR.... Steal more than you lose! Perhaps you should be asking for raiding pointers..... Be the shark and not the bait!

People like you make this too difficult.

You claim you have a problem. Then, when the community tried to give you tips to solve your problem, you get mad at them because of your own inability to come up with the loot needed to upgrade your base.

You need to learn to raid better, get more patient with the next button, and drop some cups. The game will always be unfair for those at the bottom and you have to work to get to the top. By the way, the top isn't too hot either since you have a penalty for everything. You just need to get better, complain less, and look at your own faults rather than pointing the blame at others. There are tons of TH8s at the same level as you, managing to find loot and retain it in their storages.

Good luck bud, but you should honestly try accepting or at least thinking of accepting the advice given on this forum. Most of the advice is good and some is noticeably trolly so you should be able to filter it yourself.

Your base seem nice you only need to find a place ( = cup range) where you don't get demolished often.
I'd either say quite low (Silver 2/3) or quite high (Crystal 3+)
In the quite low you get sniped by Town Halls 5/6/7 which may try a bt further but will never get to your core
In the quite high you'll get sniped for the bonus or by trophy climbers

Just go on and demolish TH7s who offer big loots, you can wreck most of them with giant+barch+king, barely any spell needed.

And I am sitting here at gold 3 with no problems at all...

You lab is upgrading? Could the problem be that you can't raid cos you still have th7 troops?

Then how would he accumulate resources for big upgrades? That's his whole problem.

Who do you take your loot from? Do you attack better bases than you and never bully anyone else? It seems like you want to be able to farm millions of gold and have nobody take it from you. First, put your townhall outside and stop trying to win defenses. Second, be happy when a townhall 9 or townhall 10 steamrolls you. You would have lost more resources if you would have gotten steamrolled by a townhall 8. They face a loot penalty to attack you. If this bothers you that much just rush to townhall 10 and see how fun it is to be rushed.
