designated rights

First off i read the sticky and posted this on the recomended thread as well im making a new 1 to raise chances of being noticed.

I just figured instead of making all these new positions with different rights we just have a promote option. The leader decides what your title will be and what rights u will have they can write anything when 'naming' your title while promoting u, leaders can name it whatever they want. and decide what rights u get like will u be able to accept clan join requests, invite ppl , send clan mail, change the bio , kick people , how long the cool down for a kick will be, can u start a clan war or not.....and all that. Just leave it to the leader to decide what he believes u should have the power to do.
