No, they do not come out. They are trapped in there, but they are still there when u get back on.
No troops will come out once the clan castle is destroyed. So if you put 30 barbs in your clan castle and get attacked by dragons. The barbs will never deploy into the battle field unless a hero walks within range. If the clan castle is killed, heroes can walk anywhere without deploying any clan castle troops.
