Just wondering, at the moment my barbarian king is level 5 and I am still quite far from maxing out my th8. I will definitely push him to level 10 but is going all the way to 15 worth it at town hall8?? Let me know how far you got or how far you intend to get your BK's level before progressing onto TH9 :)

TH8 max level for the BK is 10 buddy.
I did mine to 10, wonder y I stopped there.....😜

I actually maxed out my BK very fast at th8. His max level is 10 so just max him out it should be easy
I wish the max was lvl15 that would make more sense considering your storage goes up to 80,000
anyway I maxed my king within a month of being TH8

You need 30k DE to get your king to level 10, a level 3 dark elixir storage can hold 40k DE. It can then be upgraded again at TH8 to level 4 which I think holds 60k DE so the max king level at TH8 would be level 25.
Edit: Oh wait.. It is aha. I'm sure I've seen a th8 with a level 15 king tho.. Has the cap been decreased??
