Golem Madness

After the last update, the golem has became stupid. The right one, with his front wall destroyed, has gone to follow the other golem, because of his wall was broken just 0.1sec before.

I need some explanations, because many attacks have failed.

I had this problem, golem based attacks are my primary go to war army, iv found that iv had to adapt my attacks, maybe throw in a few wall breakers, released in between the splash damage defences, and breaking the compartments at the same time

I never really thought the golem was smart pre-update.. :smirk:

It is algorithms and code moving a 2D sprite around on your screen. You can create the right conditions for that sprite so it will follow the path you planned out before spawning it. The stupidity is all yours friend.

I've also seen a few people adapt by bringing a few barbs, dropping them to buy just enough time to break the outer walls. Then they drop the golems after that.

Spread the golems further apart.

You dropped them too close, the right golem is close enough to the left wall hole that it went that direction. If the right golem was further away then it would ignore the left hole and go thru the closer hole in front like you want.

Yes, can be annoying but when the Golems are this close it happens often.

The easiest fix is to either spread the Golems wider or use a jump on one side and WBs on the other.

Or if it's war then maybe drop a couple of Giants first as decoy, smash the wall openings and then drop the Golems. They will then go where intended.
