Is anyone else finding it difficult to make revenge attacks?
Whenever I try, the other person is always online.
The vast majority of my available revenge attacks are always online leaving me unable to retaliate.

Yeah this is the same for everyone. Nothing can really be done about it without a change to revenge works.

Hi, so I basically see revenge button as a free next button. What I do is every time I have a good army prepared I go through the list and click on every revenge button, takes 30 seconds and if you don't find anything then I just go normal nexting.
Most of the time you simply can't revenge, and anyway, it's just useless in higher leagues as far as you don't get the league bonus for a revenge win.
I raided a guy for 400k recently in Master 1. With my 140K league bonus that's a 540k each loot, pretty good. Then the guy revenged, and managed to get 160k gold and 80k elixir from my base. Honestly, the guy is simply stupid. The loot doesn't even cover the gowipe army he used for raiding my base, and an easy TH snipe would have given him more with the bonus than the loot he got. The guy probably considers he made a good revenge, but on my side, I was just laughing at it ;-)
Revenge is always harder after a new update. Give people time to get tired of the game again, then revenges and dead bases become more common. Also, silver league is a good place to get revenges.

Whenever you log on, go to your Revenge list and work your way up from the bottom. Usually there are 2 to 6 options available to revenge. Are you going for loot or for cups? When you find an open base that meets your requirements, attack it. Continue doing this throughout the day (and night). It takes time, but eventually you will start clearing out your Revenge list.

The revenge button is literally pointless once you're at higher stages in the game and people start to play a lot more.
I haven't tried revenge attacks in over a year, until recently. I had a couple of war armies that I had brewed while on shield and wanted to practice war attacks. I couldn't believe it when I successfully pressed revenge and it went to the base to attack. It was actually an awesome experience. I will always look first at revenge after my practice war army is brewed to see if there is any good lootz to take back from now on.
