my clan member in master 3 did a th snipe and got -14.. how?

Did he actually destroy the townhall?
He most likely abandoned the battle right before the th felt. In the unlikely case that he destroyed the th but got -14 trophies, then please report the issue here: Problems & Bugs and show in a series of pictures or a video the fall of the TH and the loss of trophies.

in the replay he got 1 star, PLUS he ended game 10 seconds after th got taken down
