Clan dilemma

Time to change clans....

No point staying in a clan where you are not happy.

IF I WAS IN YOUR POSITION I WOULD.

1) write a clan mail, telling others you are leaving and briefly the reasons why (remember to be polite and wish them luck in the future)

2) demote yours

3) wait about an hour or 2 and see responses from other clan members.

4) leave the clan.

Unfortunatly their is nothing that can be done if your clan has rushed members and members that can't pull their own weight. Understand your loyalty to the clan, reason you are having a tough decission and have been their so long.

ps it will be hard now to create a new clan as will have no perks and little to attract new members across, joining a different clan may be easier.

If the only problem was the attitude or decisions of your fellow leaders, then I agree - stick it out, raise issues and try and promote change.
The problem with this guys situation is it sounds like he enjoys war, and the other high-TH are rushed and/or aren't great attackers - this isn't a quick fix.
