Going to buy a new device specifically for CoC, Your opinions required

Hey fellow Clashers,
I have been playing CoC for about 1 and a half years now. Started it from my good old Xperia S, then after few months, bought the Nexus 5 and wow it was too good compared to the Xperia S in terms of performance and what not.

Now after playing on this phone for so long, I am finally thinking about buying a tablet as I assume it will be a whole lot fun playing it on a bigger screen. Mind you, it runs without any issues on my N5.. screen size and having two accounts is the only reason I'm thinking about a tablet. Even though on Android Lollipop I could easily switch between accounts in two separate user environments but still can't press next on both at the same time (;

Searching for the available options, I could only come across two candidates, an iPad Air 2 (ofcourse) and Nexus 9. I personally am in the favor of iPad Air 2.. Here I need your opinions, specially people who are using iPad. How's your experience with it?

Oh and another reason of buying a new device is the poor battery life my N5 gives. I am almost all the time attached with a charger, without it, it hardly lasts around 2-3 hours of non stop play.

So, how does your device perform and what will be the average battery time i'll get on iPad Air 2? Are there any other options I should consider?

I've played the game on an iPad 2, iPad 4, and now an iPad Air 2. Best experience is the iPad Air 2. It is lighter and great screen and decent battery life. I could probably play most of the day on a Air 2 on a single charge, but if I can I get it plugged in.

I know you are looking for opinions on ipad and nexus. But here is another contender I would suggest: Xperia Z3 Tablet compact for the following reasons:

• Easy to switch between accounts
• Built-in screen record function (just in case you want to save some replays)
• Decent battery life, I haven't run out of juice in a session yet.

This desicion is a no-brainer.

iPad Air 2.

Talking about tablets, no one beats Apple.
It's different with smartphones, there are a lot of Android smartphones much better than the iPhone.
But if you are looking for a tablet: iPad, no doubts.

If you have, or plan to have, more than one account then go with an android device. Setting up and switching between accounts is much easier on the android platform as it can be done in game settings. iOS requires you to go into the device settings, enter your password, then confirm in game. It doesn't seem like much but it gets annoying really quickly.

Coc gui is designed for iPads!
So just go for any 8"+ tablets.

I have nexus 2013 and really fine but with a 7" you still need to zoom or up/down screen !!!
So I recommend a 8 inch!

As MissJayAlexander pointed out.. Never too confident about an Android Tablet.. and when you look at the price, there is not much of a difference so that just puts an android tablet out of perspective.. Very impressive specs on the Z3 though (also the screen is 2'' smaller)..

I know, I am using two accounts on current android device as I mentioned in the post.. you don't even need to go in game settings or anything. But i'm not planning on having more than 2 accounts so I can keep one on phone and other on tablet.. no point of switching anymore (:

No sweat. iPad. Nobody can beat Apple in the tablet industry currently. It's just so easy and user friendly. However, if your using the device JUST for gaming in general, I recommend you save some money and get an iPad mini with, say 64 GBs

It'll be a one time shot for years to come so I'd rather go with the latest thing with bigger screen (:
