I am currently completing the task for red berry cake (17). When my count reached 15, it stopped counting it although I completed another 2 more to finish up my task. And it's still 15. Need to fix it right away.

with blue hat tasks and chilli popcorn tasks.
hope its sorted soon.
I had the same problem with the help task. I filled boat crates and only got credit for some of them (3 out of about 10); however, all of the items I put in the boat crates were deducted from my barn. This I am sure about. The tree-touches seem to come up a little short, too, but don't have an exact count, I wasn't watching as closely.

I don't do derby task but the boat glitch happens when my wifi is lower than normal and will not connect properly/ completely.
So this just happened to me.
red berry cakes that I've completed aren't contributing to my derby count.
i guess this isn't resolved
I posted about this too.
My post: http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...ions-correctly
My task was to produce 15 toffee. I filled in the Candy machine all the 15s, but the counter at the end showed only 14.
And now I have no chance to produce the remainig toffee, because chocolate is already filled in the machine...
And this is not my 1st experience in bad product counting... Would you please correct this bug ASAP?
thx.
Gábor
Penticon please stop kidding... Of course it can only hold 9 items but I didn't want to explain the trivial parts of my problem. Of course I filled in first 9 then 7, I didnt write "I filled it in a same time all the 15..."
(but okay, your'e right, it is maybe because of my poor english, I apologize for this. ) )
But let we keep focus on the problem, I hope I can describe it clear what I experienced:
I tested it today again, my task was to produce and collect 15 cotton shirts. I filled all of the 15s in the machine (not in the same time however, just by the time after each other... ) and the earlier prescibed problem occured again.
But this time I was aware and realized what is the problem really and it turned out something...but I can't decide is it bug or feature... ?
"The derby counts only those products which are manually taken out from the machine by you."
Let me explain: You produced 14 shirts and 1 shirt is ready but it is still in the machine. But your barn is full so you can't take it out from the machine. What can you dou?
1, Empty somehow the barn (sell, feed, etc), then take out the 1 remained shirt, or...
2, E.g. throw 2 cotton fabrics in the machine so the shirt comes out automatically from the machine because there are occured 2 free places in the barn...
The 1. case is the only good solution if you make the derby because only in this case is the derbypoint counted. In the 2nd case the shirt gets in the barn but NO DERBY POINT is counted...
Why? Maybe because the task is exactly "produce and COLLECT"??? Hm... good question... but I feel it a bit unfair...
Bye
Same thing happened to me on a Toffee task.
Loaded machine with 8. It counted it as ONE. Short by 7
informed hay day and the main gist of what they said is
"this is an issue that we have not yet encountered". Take screen shots if it happens again. "have a hay-ppy day"
Hayday have not yet componsated me for the missing 7 toffee items and the affect on my derby task
I don't find their response acceptable. And from these posts it's obvious there is a counting issue in the derby tasks. Their IT department must know as they will be reading these posts too!
We should not be left short. It costs them nothing to credit us back for the error. I find their customer service appalling. Especially ending the email with "Have a Hay-ppy Day"
If your barn is full, what you have stacked on the machine will not count unless you manually collect it. Clearing the barn by making new product in that machine will auto collect the product and it will not count. There was a thread in the general section about this, but I can't remember if Nick or a mod commented. I'll try to find it.
My barn was not full
i had space to collect the 8 toffee. I'm not stupid. It collected them fine. It just didn't count them correctly for the task. It counted one when it should have counted 8 for the task.
Its a bug. Not an idiot operator. As I can see from all the posts it's happening on all the new tasks they added to the game. Not the old tasks. Just the new ones. Toffee, hats, cherry pie etc.
im a highly intelligent person with a high IQ. This is a bug in their new game
Hi, I wasn't responding to you, I was responding to the person above. My apologies for not quoting that.
So so what's your response on my issue? Customer service have not done anything. They won't reply to contact in last 16hrs. I'm not happy. I see this as theft and ch-ea-ting. It's one thing to have the error but not resolving it for me is theft. They have made no offer of compensation. Basically suck it up. It's not acceptable. It's affecting our team score in our derby. It costs them nothing to put it right. It's atppalling service.
There are a number of reports of items not being counted correctly and for a variety of circumstances. One of those circumstances is a full barn, so that is why I posted that. Another is what you have experienced.
We here are all players like yourself (including the moderators), so I understand your frustration, I really do. You have done the best thing you can do, which is to report it via the in-game reporting. Ilovehayday replied to your thread and it was good advice, and I can't really add anything to it. If you have any screen shots, be sure to include those.
Okay, and thank you for the answer. I feel in this case the information-flow wasn't appropriate. I mean, it is okay, you must collect the products manually... if this is the rule, I accept it. But the player should have been informed about this thing more accurate. I think, not a big think should happen, just a remark in the task description: "Produce and manually collect... " Because the "auto-collect" is "collect" too...
(just a remark, why do we write in these forum if it is not read by HayDay IT?)
bye Gábor
I do think Nick and some of the staff check the forums from time to time, and of course the mods can alert them to trends seen here, so even if you don't see a response, the issues are probably being seen. I'm still unclear myself as to whether the auto collect is just an oversight or was intended....I'm leaning towards oversight, but that's my nature, lol, but that could be why there is no description. So, beyond that, all I can say is that the more people who report it in game, which gives them more detailed information about which farms are having the problems, the better it is.
I reported this issue two days ago in the in game help & support centre. No reply with resolution. My barn was not full. It had space. I made 8 toffee for a task. And when I clicked on the 8 it counted them as ONE. The team at Hayday are doing a terrible job at getting back to players who log contact them in in game help and support. What's the point of ignoring people. I've sent more than a dozen contacts as the time to complete the task was running out. It is really bad service. It costs them nothing to put it right. Ignoring people is insulting. It's two days since my first contact. I'm quite annoyed and feel if this is the way they treat us then perhaps we should stop playing and giving them our hard earned money
that "auto-collect" got me just now... :( and my queue is filled with something else already, as that item was supposedly my last (sigh), now i have to wait 8 hours to do that last item, sheesh!
please, correct this, count the items "auto-collected".... lol
thanks!
oh, I'm on ipad, is there a separate thread for this?...
