"I'm Maxed out TH x except"

Disclaimer: I'm not trying to be funny or offend anyone, I just want your input/opinion...

Why is it that people always say 'I'm maxed out TH x except this and that?

To me maxed out means that there's nothing else for you to do but move up to the next TH level and if you're TH 10 you have to wait for TH 11 if it comes available... so why claim being maxed out if you still have work to do?

Am I over thinking it? :confused:

I consider a person maxed when they cannot use builders anymore, so maxed is everything is maxed except lab, lab isn't as important as people think it is.

Well it's important but I know for me personally once I have nothing else to build I'm moving up to TH9, no reason to sit on full storages for months waiting for lab upgrades. I don't see the point in letting builders stay idle.

Because it's often the simplest description of their base. Why say "I have maxed TH 9 and done the TH 10 upgrades for the cannons, ATs, ADs, etc.", when you can say "I'm a maxed TH 10 except for heros, walls, and dark spells" for example?

But I don't consider as maxed th when you still have upgrades

I'm a th9 1 more leaf blower to max defenses

They could just reply with " I'm and mid level th" or "Im an entry level th" instead of using maxed so loosely and often.

That's less descriptive usually. People use the word "maxed" because it conveys what they want to say, not to brag or pretend to be something they're not, for the most part IMO.

Put the word "pretty" in front of Max and it's fine. Honestly tho, everyone understand what they meant so its not a big deal.

Whats easier, saying I have max defenses, max walls, max troops ,max heros, but my traps are not maxed

or

Im maxed out except for my traps


Use some common sense
