Honestly why do you do it? My mission when I run into someone who wants to play cute with their town hall is to destroy you. I will always have my high level AQ ...and my BK... backed up by 20 minions at least, if not full troops and rage spells and I will burn you to the ground. That's a promise. So maybe just either a) leave your th out free and clear or...b) man up and put your TH in the middle of your base and we'll go Mano a Mano.

Most do it to help save trophies. Many will back out after a tesla pops up, others will get mad and use a full attack. Yet, some will keep dropping a few barbs and archers and watch them die until they finally get the town hall.
If you are really wanting a full on battle, why are you town hall sniping in the first place? :confused:
If I'm cup pushing a full battle is not what interests me. And generally a th out signals help yourself to my th, but leave the rest alone if you don't mind. Or at least that's how I read it. And I will respect that offer. Call it a gentleman's agreement if you will.
then there are the ones who make me laugh by exposing their th, but putting xbows, teslas, all around it. That's when it's fun to kill their largely defenceless bases
I think you missed the point of the OPs rant. He said he wanted an easy th snipe and the trapped the th, so he will and I quote "burn you to the ground". Basically saying if you trap the th when I just wanna give a free shield, be ready to get destroyed for your trouble.Quote:

I do the same thing when I come across a trappedTH. I'm doing you a favor if I take your TH and not your loot, and give you a shield with minimal trophy loss. Don't be the guy with traps.
I've gone for town halls that have a hole next to them. Town hall sniping is the sport of kings! If someone traps their town hall, just use troops to distract the teslas, or whatever, and the rest goes for the town hall.
Makes me want to trap my TH.
