Lvl 6 clan looking for a few more members for small wars

Us:
We are a small clan doing 10 man wars, we need a few more dedicated players to fill our ranks. Maybe even do 15 man wars.
We are currently lvl6.
we started the clan earlier this year
we got 72 war wins currently
We donate whatever troops are needed in war and for farming
We win most of time in clan wars ~85% win rate. It has gone down lately since a few members went on vacation etc..
We are a group of RL friends who like to have fun.
we war non stop, 3.5x a week.

You:
We are looking for dedicated players that will attack twice in war.
you must be th7-th9 where most of us are.
you are expected to know how to attack well, and will 2-3 star consistently your target.
you have not neglected your walls, and you have at least the same level of offense as your defence. We do not want players that only built defence.
we do not care if you gem.
we do not care if u farm or just war, however we expect you to help donate when you can
our war strategy is pretty simple, just hit your own target (same number in war rankings), then second attack is cleanup, so hit for most stars, or if the war is going well, hit for loot, Give a chance for others to hit their targets as well.
So if you are interested, look us up, and mention that you are joining from the forums.
